Baby Shower Brunchy Goodness

This past Saturday, I cohosted a baby shower for my friend Sarah (in black) alongside some other friends. She's expecting a sweet little boy, their first child.

I think the food was SO tasty and we kept it simple and brunchy. Here's a peek at our menu.

We served:

chicken salad on rolls

blueberry coffee cake

coconut sugar cookies

quiche

spinach salad with goat cheese (on the side), cranberries, strawberries, and walnuts

fruit salad

cupcakes

mimosas

I opted for the grapefruit juice to mix with my sparkling wine. A nice twist on the classic mimosa!
