This weekend I experienced a real treat… an afternoon at the spa at Ballantyne Resort! This is, hands down, my very favorite place to get a massage in Charlotte. There are so many other amenities you can take advantage of while you are visiting their beautiful spa. I went with three other girlfriends and we all treated ourselves to a massage. I added in a little upgrade – hot stones. A hot stone massage is my ideal massage.
After our services, we all got changed and headed to the resort pool where we had an amazing lunch.
During the time I was away, Ian kept Camille. They had the best time together and she was just a joy for him. I checked in on them a few times and it was such a relief to know that all was going so smoothly. Ian even took her shoe shopping as a surprise to me and bought her some neon pink kicks!
Sunday brought some good time with friends and a little bit of house-hunting. We really had the best weekend and the highlight was being with this sweetie pie.
