You may remember me first professing my love for it back in May and then using it as baby shower favors this winter. I've built up quite a collection in this timeframe.
I think it's basically a craft lover's heaven-sent item ... pretty, inexpensive, and loads of possibilities.
I saw some great inspiration ideas on the ol' P that got my gears turning.
"SUCH AS"
(I love you if you just giggled.)
Way cute napkin rings.
Photo frames, right on your wall.
A cuter cup to drink chardonnay out of at a party.
Crazy-cute bunting.
And oh did you know it is still my birthday month?
Well good, because this is on my wishlist. Mmmkay?
Have you ever used washi tape? What sort of ideas can you pass on to this crazy craft lady?
Hahahaha! I love that dummy. She cracks me up.
ReplyDeleteI love the party cup idea. Cute!
ReplyDeleteSo many cute ideas. I had some washi tape from Christmas that I sealed my envelopes with- loved it. I love an idea I saw to wrap caramels in it for a shower. I'm a little scared to start buying it for everyday use because I see a crazy hoarders collection in my future!
ReplyDeleteGahhh why does she have to be from South Carolina?!?! I'm planning on using washi tape for our rehearsal dinner invitations (thanks to you!) and for wrapping my bridesmaids gifts. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the bunting. I think I'm going to do that for my BFF's bridal shower in March!
ReplyDeletePlease make a map of The Iraq with washi tape.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I just might have to get some :)
ReplyDeleteWashi tape was my bff at Christmas. I used it to wrap nearly every present -- brown craft paper & washi tape as ribbon is cute & simple wrapping.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the cutest idea I saw lately was wrapping washi tape around tea light candles before putting them in a clear holder. It would be a super cute (and super cheap) way to spruce up a wedding?
Happy Wednesday!
Jamie
no - but now i want some!!!
ReplyDeletei ALWAYS want to order some, but then feel like i never know what to do with it...you just gave me some great ideas my friend!!
ReplyDeleteHAHA that poor poor pageant queen. And I love washi tape too! So fun!
ReplyDeleteSuch a good idea to put them on party cups....even party plates. Such a good way to fancy it up!
ReplyDeleteI just about died when I saw the photo of that poor girl during her train wreck of a speech. Nothing is more awkward than being so overly embarrassed for someone else that you can't even bear to watch things unfold further. Oh Lordy! How you're well, friend.
ReplyDeleteLOOOOVE the napkin rings and bunting!
ReplyDeleteI totally giggled at that! Can you believe that I've never even seen washi tape? I know, crazy right?!
ReplyDeleteOh Miss. South Carolina... Hilarious. And CUTE tape!
ReplyDeleteVery cute. And I love the reference to "the Iraq"...
