Move over, mint! Outta here, oxblood! (ew)
What do you think ... are you on the periwinkle bandwagon?
Lela Rose peplum dress / Bella Luxx v neck t shirt / Sheer top / Lauren Conrad / Layered Chiffon Culottes / True Religion jeans / Hanky Panky , $29 / Hunter boots / Miu Miu / Momentum purple watch / Swarovski jewelry / Crumpet scarve, $155 / OPI beauty product, $26
My 10-year old self who happened to looooove periwinkle is doing a little happy dance.
How will you sport it -- skinny jeans? Nail polish? A blouse?
there is a pair of Loren Hope earrings I happen to loveee that are periwinkle/lavendar. I'm thinking I need them. I hope you are having a good trip to NB- sad I missed you this time around! Maybe next tim...and I can enjoy a glass of wine at that point ;)
ReplyDeleteI will definitely be purchasing some. Periwinkle is "my color." I try to think I can pull of my favorite pinks or a great all-black outfit, but purple just compliments me the best, and specifically this periwinkle/lavender. Woohoo!
ReplyDeleteNot really a fan. Not at all. Reminds me of a poorly decorated baby girl's room, but who am I kidding? I am sure I will jump on the bandwagon eventually.
ReplyDeleteHum...not sure. Part of me says "yes" and part of me says "no". I think it will depend on what the piece actually looks like. I might like it a lot more in the spring. And no to oxblood?? I love it!
ReplyDeletePeriwinkle is cute! I think Pantone is officially calling it "African Violet" for Spring 2013 and I am not a big person to wear it, but I might get a couple pieces just for fun.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...I think in small doses this could be cute. A few of the pieces you've shown are cute. I'm not a huge fan though. I think it's just too pastel for me. Not sure if I could pull it off.
