Ya'll, this place is amazing. It's narrow and long like NYC neighborhood restaurants and it serves French comfort food. I had a big bowl of mussels with onions, bacon, blue cheese, and the most amazing broth. And because they offer all you can eat mussels on Wednesday nights, I had another half bowl of mussels steamed in PBR with a dijon mustard and butter sauce. Absolutely delish.
Two pies and a bottle later (prosciutto fig and barbeque duck with a Montepulciano, if you must know!) we all decided to grab one more beer out together at a local Irish pub before calling it a night.
So I'm tired. And way behind on blogging. But I'm back! Thanks for your patience. :)
By the way -- it's my 50th post, man oh man that happened quickly!
