St. Patrick's Day Fare

Last night, Ian and I sat down to a dinner of corned beef and cabbage and a big glass of Guiness! It was fun getting in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day.

LUCK: St. Patrick's Day Printable {FREE}
(pssst - this is a free printable!)

I also made this really fun snack from Cory at Playdates & Prescriptions ... Lucky Charms rice krispie treats, yes please!

Are you adding a little green to your menu this week?

  1. One of my favorite holidays!! We will be having corned beef, cabbage and carrots tomorrow (sans Guinness for me!), and I can't wait! I love seeing all of the green everywhere!

  3. Had corned beef and mashed potatoes last night! I roasted it in the slow cooker instead of boiling it and it was DELISH.
