We will go with that and agree that this recipe just has TWO ingredients. :)
Slice the peppers in half and cut the string cheese to fit the inside wells of the peppers. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, put the cheese-stuffed peppers on the foil, and drizzle with olive oil.
Set your oven to broil, pop those peppers under the hot coils, and let them get nice and melty and charred. It should only take a few minutes, so keep an eye on them!
These sound delicious! I'll definitely have to try them out the next time we need a quick little appetizer :)

ReplyDeleteIronically, I just saw a similar recipe and am making them this week! I have fancy schmancy goat cheese on hand, so I'm using that instead, but I don't usually keep that so the string cheese idea is excellent!
