It's Groundhog Day! Will ol' Phil see his shadow? Camille brought home the cutest little craft from preschool yesterday. It's really similar to this one shown on craftymorning.com. Totally easy with some construction paper and a toilet paper roll!

Today is also Wear Red For Women Day! The American Heart Association sponsors this day each year and encourages us all to rock our red in observance of heart disease. The sweetest girlfriend knew I was holding the fort down solo last weekend and texted me to check my front step. She'd dropped off a container of this delicious Buffalo Chicken Chowder! I mean ... how sweet?! I paired it with a chopped salad that I picked up at Target and it was the perfect meal! Caroline -- you da nicest. :)

Our new patio is complete! Demo started last Saturday morning and we are SO pleased with the result! The backyard is still pretty muddy and torn up since really large tools were all over the yard right after a big rainstorm (yikes). But the guys put down new grass seed for us, just put our railings back on the steps yesterday, and hopefully I can get our planters done soon so that this area will be ready to show off this spring!
