We are here in Greenville, SC and today is day two of Swoon Sip & Shop. I met some wonderful ladies last night and also saw some friends. I'm going to be posting some items for sale today on our IG page ... @thetipsybunny. Several people are interested in the felt advent calendars!

This past week, Camille turned two and a half! I can't believe how quickly time is flying. Charlotte also turned seven months old (on the same day). I'll post some updates soon. Camille is as much of a spitfire as always, and Char is just as easygoing and happy as always. Two very different personalities, both compliment our family perfectly!
Let's talk OK to wake clocks. I ordered this one on Amazon and it gets delivered tomorrow (praise hands). It was not the cheapest, but Ian did remind me that we can use it for both girls, and if it helps Camille to learn about quiet time, then it's worth it. The time change still has her thrown off. I also think it will be super helpful when she transitions from crib to bed. Fingers crossed!

Love those sunglasses! And that is a total score! I'm going to have to look into this clock. Sounds like my boys could benefit from it. I hadn't checked in in almost a year, I absolutely love the name Charlotte. Both girls have beautiful names! Happy Weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteWe have that clock for Walker and it has been THE biggest lifesaver since he moved from his crib to a bed. He knows that even if he wakes up before it turns green, that he has to stay in bed until we come in there when it does turn green at 7 AM. And I need to find those sunglasses! So cute!

ReplyDeleteYou will NOT regret the Wake Clock! I have them in both my kids rooms. (7 and 3) And both of them use it and abide by it. Miracle. My oldest can tell time, but early in the morning it's so much easier for her to just see if clock os yellow for getting up or blue for stay in bed it's 5am! Haha
ReplyDeleteThe clock is great! I got one for the little boy I nanny for because he is an early riser. I also set it to have the nightlight feature to go on at 7 PM to signify bedtime (and he likes having the nightlight on all night). We had tried a different clock before it was too confusing. I think you'll like this one a lot! Having it turn green in the morning is really helpful and then I think you can set alarms for when kids are older (my nanny kid is 6.5 and definitely does not need an alarm yet-HA!)

I've been debating a wake clock for L's Christmas list- she gets out of bed if she wakes during the night and we have bedtime battles so some time education is needed around here. Let us know how you like that one! My two hit age milestones on the same day each month also- funny! Happy weekend!
