Weekend, Bulleted.

Another great weekend, check!

Friday:

• Dance party in the car on way home
• Ian bought all of the groceries for us (hooray!)
• Cocktail time on the patio



Absolut Ruby Red, St. Germain, Pellegrino, lavender rosemary simple syrup



Ice cubes with lemon zest frozen in them

• Cucumber for cocktail garnish
• Cucumber slices added to homemade pickle mixture
• Cucumber slices added to water with lemon and rosemary
• Cucumber all around. 

• Ian and I chill on the patio
• Ian and I convince Drake to join us on the couch
• Ian sees a limb he decides needs to be cut down immediately

• An insane pizza is constructed using prosciutto, red onion, kalamatas, blue cheese, pesto, and mozzarella. 

• Dateline is watched
• Pizza is inhaled 

• Dogs are serenaded with an air guitar
• Dog photo shoot commences (here's one, I won't make you view all)

 

Saturday:

• Youngest sis has a gorgeous bridal monogram shower in Columbia, SC
• Standstill traffic on way back to Charlotte, and I text this to Ian to make him feel bad for me.
• It worked.

                                       

• Drive to friends' lakehouse to pick up husband and friends
• Debauchery-filled Mexican dinner occurs at Tres Pesos and we have enough enchiladas and margaritas to feed a small country

Sunday

• Ian went shooting
• I moved this guy from the dining room to the foyer and styled him.  ALL. BY. MYSELF.

• Took pansies out, replaced with herbs
• Successful trip to Homegoods with Lindsay
• Met our husbands at Angry Ale's for an afternoon drink
• Sayonara to the weekend!
