Wedding Cuisine

This evening Ian and I are attending our first food tasting for our wedding!  I am so excited.  I don't quite know what to expect, but I do know that this caterer was trained at the Cordon Bleu - verrrrrry impressive. 

We will have a sit-down dinner at our wedding, which you don't see too often, but it's something I wanted just for the intimacy factor.  I just want a nice dinner and to be surrounded by all of our friends and loved ones.
