Oh gosh I'm the opposite, I just need to zone out and numb my brain! I have just finished Is Everyone Hanging out Without Me (Mindy Kaling) and then have a whole pile of cookbooks!!!! Giraffes Can't Dance is about all my brain could handle at the end of the day!!! xx
I read The Hot Zone years ago- I was thinking about picking it up again!! I should probably pick up that 12 hours by 12 weeks in hopes that baby #2 is a better sleeper than Miller. I'm in the middle of Big Little Lies and The Giver is next on my list.
I've had a hard time finding a sleep training method that works for exclusively breastfed babies. I liked that book and used some of the info but unless you want to pump all day for weeks to get them on schedule it's not really a method you can use while breastfeeding. My baby is 12 weeks this weekend and we are ebf and we are down to one nightly feeding so I'm trying to be thankful for that! What are your thoughts? We've tried the moms on call schedule too but my baby doesnt take super long naps during the day so we get off schedule on those too!
Currently readings: 1. Re-reading The Five Love Languages and really struggling through it this time around. 2. Thomas Jefferson: A Life by William Randall and then all of these blogs I still read! Lots to read in such little time :)

ReplyDeleteThe Hot Zone was such a good book when I read it years ago. It's gotten a little too real as of late! Loving "What Alice Forgot" right now.
