Spill About Your L-O-V-E: Hello! Happiness

I remember reading wedding planning posts from Natasha with Hello! Happiness and loving them so much because we were both getting married around the same time.  It was fun to compare notes.  Now, she has a precious daughter with another precious daughter on the way!

{1} Describe your dating life prior to finding your husband.
Prior to dating Jeff, my love life was a whirlwind of craziness. Looking back, I pretty much had a steady stream of boyfriends from my senior year of high school all the way up until I began dating Jeff. And let me clarify that, a steady stream of BAD relationships...I never thought of myself as the girl who had to have someone attached to her, it just always seemed to happen. I would tell myself I am going to be single, and then I'd meet someone and the rest was history. I am one of those people that wholeheartedly believes everything happens for a reason and I think each of these people played a role in helping shape me into who I am today...oddly enough, I guess I should thank them for that.
But then Mr. Prince Charming himself swooned me with all his sweet gestures and kind sentiments and I never looked back.

{2} Describe your husband in one word.  How would he describe you in one word?
The one word that describes Jeff would be driven.  In every facet of his life, he is a go-getter, always the person giving 100% to something (whether it be work or personal), and I admire that about him so very much.
As for what words he would use to describe me, it definitely depends on the day, but I asked him and he said my word would be passionate. He said that it speaks to my friendships, work ethic, parenting, etc ...he must be trying to win some brownie points, but I thought it was a thoughtful answer nonetheless.

{3} You had a really silly fight.  Embarrassing silly.  What was it about?
We have had PLENTY of silly fights throughout the years where we look back now and laugh about how stupid they were...case in point: I told him he didn't love me because he didn't finish "The Five Love Languages" book. We were supposed to read it during our pre-marital counseling and of course my sweet Jeff hates to read...needless to say, I still hold this over his head to this day, when he does something (whether it be gifts, touch, etc) and I tell him that is HIS love language, not MINE. ;)

{4} In three sentences (and only three!), describe where you both hope to be in 5 years.
Ready, set, go: In five years, I hope I am doing something I love career wise (whether that be owning my own business or working part-time), doing all the fun mom stuff like volunteering at the girls' school, going on field trips, and hauling them to their sport/dance activities, and finding time for hobbies that make me happy, too. For Jeff, I know he wants to continue to grow his career, possibly go to law school to make him an "expert" in his field, and he talks all the time that he wants to be the dad coaching our kids' sports teams. As a family, I hope we are loving our forever home, are taking family vacations to spend quality time together, are active in our church, and are volunteering in the community to give back to others.

{5} Tell us something about your husband we wouldn't know from reading your blog.
Though I mostly talk about Jeff and how he loves to talk business and is 110% suit and tie kind of guy Monday through Friday, my hubby is anything but "formal" when it comes to the weekends and his downtime hobbies. He loves to hunt, fly fish, grill, and he is REALLY GOOD at golf (his favorite and best sport).

{6} What's one thing you never thought you'd do in front of your husband, but you did?
Fart ;) hahaha...I could sugarcoat it and say something else, but it's the truth! I guess that is what you call real love?
