Last night we had an opportunity to join some friends for what I think is the most fun way to spend a summer night in Charlotte! Pops in the Park is when the symphony comes out and plays a themed performance and people can sit on the lawn, enjoy picnics, and listen to the music. The conductor has one of the biggest and most memorable personalities in the city and truly makes the performance a delightful one.
We had so much fun with our friends and listened to some beautiful Tchaikovsky tunes. Ian and I are already looking forward to next weekend's movie theme songs performance!
(PS, prosecco headaches are the pits.)
So, so, so fun! Love me some pops in the park! xx
