Last night I had the best time at the Charlotte bloggers ornament swap -- recap coming soon!
It was so much fun dressing for the holidays. The chilly weather definitely called for those suede boots, but what I really wanted to wear was a darling pair of pointy-toed flats. Which I could not, because a) my toesies would have frozen, and b) oh yeah -- I don't own any yet. Minor issue.
Today I plan to make a trip to my favorite shoe store, Off Broadway, which is not necessarily fancy, but it never disappoints. The selection is huge, the shoes are organized well, and the sales are abundant. A perfect trio.
And the links for the pretties above: (sidenote ... those Delman flats better go on sale!)
Hi-Roller:
Nicholas Kirkwood Pointed Toe Cap Flat
Delman Suri (here for $177 at Dillards)
Loeffler Randall Natalie (or here at Saks)
Mid-Range:
Mark & James Elizabeth
Steve Madden Eternnal (in other colors as well)
Nine West Speakup (also cute in patent nude and patent black)
No-Brainer:
Restricted Nickel Flat
CL by Laundry Brighter Day Flat (several colors!)
Charlotte Russe
Do you own a pair of pointy-toed flats? Am I alone in my obsession with them?
Saw some black and nude ones with a structured bow at the Banana outlet recently that were similar to the delman and like $50 on sale. If you have one anywhere close to you, go check it out!
ReplyDeleteI've become obsessed this year! My all time faves are 'Patty' by Me Too. I got nude ones in the spring at Nordies and found the horsehair w patent bow at Rack in October. I'm kicking myself for not buying them in black as well. I also got a few other inexpensive pairs at Rack.
ReplyDeleteI also go these holiday dazzlers over 50% off at Talbots online, so much fun (and scored a cheapo matching clutch at H&M)

Happy Shopping!
I love the metallic toe flat this year! I even saw a tutorial where you can make your own!

I love them too! I typically wear a business suit 3-4 days a week for work, and I love that pointed toe flats under a pair of trousers give almost the same look as heels, but are usually way more comfortable :)
ReplyDeleteI have several versions of these Viv flats from J.Crew in different materials and colors!

Have you stopped by the new DSW in Southpark? Two stories of amazingness!! Glad y'all had so much fun last night! Hope I can make the next one!
ReplyDeleteSo many cute shoes! You will have to share with me what you ended up getting. I love pointy-toes in general.
ReplyDeleteI don't own any either {beside a semi pointy leopard pair from Target} but they look so polished and chic!
ReplyDeleteI totally want some pointy toed flats!! I think they look so much more sophisticated than other flats. I would love a capped toe pair!
ReplyDeleteI don't think you can go wrong with the leopard from Nine West. I got those and love them! Want them in black also.
ReplyDeleteI love pointed toe flats! I feel like they're a fair amount dressier than the classic ballet flat, so sometimes I wear them when I'm trying to pull off jeans at work on a non-Friday. ;)
