I think I'd say that mine is a good rosey-pink blush.
Lately, I've been branching out into some different colors.
Nars blush, Taos
Bobbi Brown, Pink Rose
Rimmel, Smoked Oyster
Maybelline, Cloud Wine
The top two (Nars and Bobbi Brown) are similar to the colors I normally gravitate toward. I learned early not to be scared of a bright pink blush ... when applied gently, it gives the perfect amount of pigment. And a little goes a long way, stretching out your dollar!
The bottom two are what I'm now branching out two ... an antique pink and a wine color. I think they are the perfect hues for the cooler weather.
What is your go-to blush brand and color?
My favorite blush, that I've been using for years, is Clinque All Over Face Color in Peony. I still have the pallet with three seperate colors, but they just recently blended the three colors into one, so I'm not sure if the new version is just as good.

I love Benefit Dandelion - it's like, ballerina pink. It's perfect and the brush is so so soft.
ReplyDeletePrior to that AMAZING find, I used Neutrogena blush, the one that has the multiple blocks of different colors so that it all blends together when you brush it on.
Love Bobbi Brown! Pink Blush is my favorite, I wear it for going out and Sand Blush day to day.

ReplyDeleteBobbi Brown Apricot has been my blush for years. I also love a few of the Nars colors--Orgasm and Deep Throat especially.

ReplyDeleteAhh, you're speaking my language...makeup. A new favorite is Elf Mellow Mauve. It's only $3 at Target and has great pigmentation! All of the Elf blushes are great. Their blush/bronzer duo is a great dupe for Nars Orgasm and Laguna bronzer. I also like MAC Stunner and Benefit Coralista. In my opinion, the best coral blush out there. I've recently found Physicians Formula Happy Booster in Natural to be nice and gives a slight sheen. :)
