I love to spend my lunch hour running errands -- usually a mix of Hobby Lobby, Michaels, the grocery store, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, the dry cleaners, bank, mall, you get the gist.
And yes, I consider shopping an "errand."

So yesterday at Marshalls I spotted these:
The color is off, as they are more of a true aqua in person. Don't they remind you of the aqua lacquered boxes you've spotted in many blogs recently? And the price is quite reasonable:
That price is for the smaller box; the larger one was $24.99. Did I get any? No... although I could perfectly envision it on top of a few stacked books (top book: Domino: The Book of Decorating) on a pretty piece of furniture in a foyer. Of a home that I don't yet own or live in. {Update: our househunt continues.......}
One small critique: to me, the quality wasn't exactly what I was looking for. The white accents on the box were not painted completely uniformally. But you have to be very close to see that. All in all, I think it'd be a nice accent piece. And for that price, I could get over the white accents not being *perfect*. :)
