Charmer - West Coast - Flip

In other news, I'm gearing up for a good bit of travel for work.  I have upcoming trips to New Bern, NC and Raleigh, NC - oh, and Asheville, NC too ... but I am most excited about my upcoming trip to the West Coast!  I'll be traveling to Seattle, Portland, and Berkeley.
