Our offer was accepted on a house that we love very much.  You know what this means ... renovations and decorating!  Lots of fun blog posts to share in the upcoming months.

Ian and I are elated.  We were sitting down for lunch together at one of our favorite spots when we got "The Call."  It was great.  Ian got up from the table and hugged me right there.  We high-fived all through our lunch date.  Good stuff.
